What is different about Womenkind Coaching?
- We specialise in creating positive mental health and this includes people who are recovering from an episode of mental ill health or other illness, grief or loss. We don’t ever pretend that these experiences don’t exist. Instead we harness them to be able to make sense and re-balance our emotions. Sometimes this takes time.
