- 4 x 60 minute coaching sessions over a period of 4 – 8 weeks;
- Sessions are booked in in advance and are either weekly or fortnightly;
- Follow up emailed collaborative actin plan after each session to support you in making changes;
- Referrals to other professionals as required;
- Email support during the 4 – 8 weeks, as determined by you.
This is a perfect program if you are ready to make some changes or if you have some more difficult issues that need addressing. It is cost effective and supports you in getting the most out of coaching. Whatever you bring to your session, together we will work through the issues, identify difficult feelings and find ways to be more able to adapt to the inevitable ebbs and flows of life.
